Our experience with Canadian Spa Company has been absolutely fantastic.

If I start with the sales experience, we came to your showroom/warehouse in Redhill, with a wife who was in two minds as to whether we wanted a hot tub. Everyone's passion and product knowledge was so clear and enthusiastic that it was an easy sell. You really knew your detail and all questions were answered, including evaluating which tub suited our needs best.

The delivery was on the date requested, and the chaps who installed gave my wife very helpful and clear details as to how to maintain the tub, including when and how much chemical was needed, and what needed cleaning and when. These details have ensured our tub has stayed in perfect working order with perfect chemical balance throughout the winter and spring.

We were unfortunate that the original tub sprung several leaks after a fortnight, and your engineer came over immediately and after several hours of trying to repair the leaks came to the conclusion that our tub had failed his quality control as the holes were defective and he immediately condemned the tub. The tub was changed out and replaced without any issue and efficiently. Fantastic customer service.

We have since had lots of fun throughout the winter and spring, and regularly get asked by friends where we got the tub from, and I am always happy to recommend you. I can clearly see you have a strong emphasis on providing a quality product and matching that with first class service, including down to no hassles when ordering chemicals over the internet. Great spa! Excellent value, heats fast, filter cycle is quiet, great customer service from Canadian Spa Co. Fast delivery, it arrived just 5 weeks after ordering. Heated up fast, we used it the same day it arrived and every day since. Jets are powerful and seats are very comfortable. LED lighting is great.

The guys at Canadian Spa Co are easy to deal with and they helped me out with ordering other accessories and chemicals (great prices). I would recommend this model to anyone.

We just purchased the Winnipeg after much research and are thrilled with both the way it looks and operates. I have been in it every night and love the versatility of the jets and the ease of use. We had questions and called the Canadian Spa Company and they were extremely helpful and quick to respond - no issues so far and expect none in future. Great value and great product.

Good Spa
We have owned several spas and have now been using the Winnipeg for about 5 weeks. It's affordable, energy efficient, and operates very quietly. The seats are comfortable and the controls are very simple. I give it five stars. One area of improvement...the cover that comes with it has clips that are very hard to work...which is a little annoying when it's -20C out there :)

We purchased the Winnipeg model after looking everywhere for a hot tub. Initially we were worried about buying this model without seeing it in person or sitting in it. But we called the Canadian Spa Co. and they were very helpful and offered the info we needed to make the purchase. The tub arrived promptly and filled up fast and we were in it the same day...WOW! It heated up quickly and the versatility in the jets is fantastic!

We are more than satisfied, it is a great value. Our friends and I have enjoyed the tub very much since we got it two months ago, it will make our long winter much easier to tolerate! Thanks!

It is nice to know that even after a year of purchase that your company are still 'interested' in us the customer.

The fact that it is one of life's little luxuries is understated, our family visiting now entails "is the hot-tub available" especially with our grandson. The truth be known, we would have liked some kind of 'cover' over the surface controls as our said grandson when only 2 years of age, just loved pressing all the buttons, especially to change lighting and bubbles! Little fingers everywhere! A small price to pay (providing you check the temp figures once he has 'finished').

We all love it especially in the warm evenings and can't wait to move it into it's new home ( a covered Japanese Tea house!) once my partner has built it. A roof is a must to use it all year round, cold rain feels worse on your head when the rest of your body is lovingly submerged! With the device we bought to lift the cover makes everything so easy, the only problem now is that my partner wants the television moved closer in the house so that he can watch the World Cup in total comfort!

We are enjoying using the Winnipeg Hot Tub a great deal which is very well made and looks and feels the part. We did initially have a problem with the cover lifter, but this was replaced after contacting Canadian Spa. Delivery and installation was excellent, and I found the installers very knowledgeable. I have absolutely loved the hot tub so far!! Since buying the tub, I developed arthritis in my feet but when I start getting pain, it completely helps with that so it's been a worthwhile purchase.
